Please click the "submit" button at the bottom of the order form to complete your order. After you click the "Submit" button, the order form will disappear and be replaced with a confirmation message that says, "Thank you! Your submission has been received". (you may have to scroll down to view the confirmation message) If you do not see this message your order did not go through.
